SANGEETA RATHI
Certified in Advance training by TEACCH from University of North Carolina, USA, Mrs. Rathi has also attended a “Regional Training on Deaf blindedness/ Multi-Sensory Impairment” organized by National Association for the Blind (NAB) in support with Sense International. TEACCH Autism program conducts training nationally and internationally and involves psychological, educational and biomedical studies.
Her 12 year old son, diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder is the prime motivation behind Umeed. After moving from Delhi to Gurgaon in 2010 she found it very difficult to find the right school which would satisfy the needs of her son. This motivated her to start her own school which would not only benefit her child but also many other similar children.

She has 6 years of experience in the field of special needs. She worked as Training Coordinator at Action For Autism from 2008 – 2011 and working at Umeed from 2012 till date.

Ms Indu Chaswal, mother of two grown up children with Autism, has been in the field of Autism for the past 16 yrs. Trained at Action for Autism, New Delhi, India and the TEACCH Division, University of North Carolina, U.S.A, she is a B.Ed in Intellectual Impairment. She is on the Expert Committee for Autism, Rehabilitation Council of India
SONIA JAITLY
Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counseling, Sonia has over 10 years of personal development experience working with a variety of adult individuals & children from diverse backgrounds, seeking help for a great range of issues and problems. She has also served as an Advisor to the Management and Board of Udaan ( Trust owned Therapy and Counseling center for Children with Autism )
VIVEKA CHATTOPADHYAY
Viveka chatopadhya is a professional in the field of autism and Multiple disabilities and has been working for the last 14 years. She is trained from IICP Kolkota and Afa. She has also conducted several training workshops in India and abroad.
